ITM Adventures and Retreats are all about being In This Moment. These journeys and experiences are built around activities that promote/require situational focus on being in the moment. Mental showers. Active and passive reflection. A deliberate detach/detox (physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually). Not as isolating as a monk retreat or similar but an active, guided, curated environment that puts you in situations where all that really matters is being in the moment. The emphasis will be on doing/being vs. simply being done to (spa day). We will employ combined modalities (surfing/yoga, freediving/meditation, adventure runs/guided journaling, …) to achieve a profound multi-dimensional experience.

Couplesync Retreats are about ‘Being Better Together’. The emphasis will be on wholistic relationship building from a spiritual-sensual angle. These will be ultra-vacation infused workshops (vs. a workshop within a vacation) bringing in guest practitioners and a variety of topics and demonstrations focused on participation in super supportive, inclusive, highly-charged erotic environments. The foundational premise is to better understand yourself and how you think, better understand your partner and how they think, how to grow, what to let go, … be better together.
