Alignment is a spatial metaphor. It describes position — pointing in the right direction. But direction is not movement. A compass can be perfectly aligned and go nowhere. What we are after is resonance — the state in which an external frequency matches a system's natural frequency and the vibration is greatly amplified.
Every methodology has an edge — a point beyond which the current format cannot reach. For most practitioners, that edge is the room. The room has walls. The room has a schedule. The room has a ceiling on what is possible. The landscape has none of these things.
